We stand behind the quality of the Resistance ProMax. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligible Returns
To qualify for a return:

• Item must be in its original condition
• Item must include all original components
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Eligible Returns
The following are not eligible for a refund:

• Items damaged due to storage in extreme heat or direct sunlight
• Items showing signs of misuse or improper use
• Returns requested after 30 days of delivery

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
